  Enrico Gismondo, a 34-year-old man of Annagh, Drumlish, Longford, was charged over alleged cannabis cultivation and possession after officers searched his premises on 15 April 2021. The search recovered 10 cannabis plants in an upstairs bedroom and a small quantity elsewhere in the house, and he admitted ownership of the drugs. In a June 2023 court report, Judge Bernadette Owens at Longford District Court said she would accept jurisdiction, and the matter was adjourned to 11 July 2023 for a plea or a hearing date.
