    On 16 July 2024 at Drumbane, Birr, Co Offaly, a garda's Mobility App showed that Emil Grzeskiewicz, of Roughan, Rathcabbin, Co Tipperary, had no motor tax. He pleaded guilty at Tullamore Circuit Court, in the session reported on 17 January 2025, to fraudulently using a tax disc and to having no road tax. The latest development is that Judge Andrew Cody convicted him of having no road tax and fined him €200, with the tax disc offence taken into consideration.
