    Elvis Brinkley, a 45-year-old man with an address at Oakview, Clara, was accused of possessing cannabis at 7 Oakview, Clara on 9 September 2024, when a search allegedly found €100 of cannabis. He appeared unrepresented at Tullamore District Court in January 2025 and pleaded guilty when his summons was called. Judge Andrew Cody warned him that the conviction could result in five months in prison, and sentencing was adjourned to 14 May for a probation report and clear urine tests, with his suitability for community service to be assessed.
