    At 1.20am on 5 January 2022, a vehicle failed to stop for gardaí on routine patrol at Broguemaker's Hill, Kilkenny, and drove up on a green area. Dylan O'Regan, a passenger in the car, left the vehicle and was found in a nearby garden. He was convicted of trespass at Kilkenny court by Judge Geraldine Carthy.
