  Dylan McGrath, aged 25 or 26 depending on the report, of The Sycamores, Edenderry, County Offaly, pleaded guilty to drugs possession at The Sycamores on February 28, 2025. In November 2025 at Tullamore District Court, Judge Andrew Cody said a probation report was not good and that McGrath was still taking drugs, and sentencing was adjourned to March 11 for an updated report. In March 2026 sentencing was adjourned again, with the judge requiring evidence of training or employment by May 6, 2026. No sentence has been imposed so far.
