    Dwayne Buggy of Carlow drove off without paying for fuel at three petrol stations in Kilkenny and Carlow on separate dates in November and December 2021. The first incident at AppleGreen Service Station in Paulstown was captured on CCTV. He admitted the offences and brought compensation to court. He was sentenced to five months in prison before Judge Geraldine Carthy, who noted his 11 previous convictions.
