  On 12 July 2025 a parking violation was detected in Buncrana, County Donegal, where a vehicle had no valid pay and display or electronic payment. Dovud Falzov, a man of St Johnston, was the registered owner of the vehicle and received a fixed charge penalty notice. Donegal County Council brought the case to Buncrana District Court, where Judge Emile Daly let it proceed in Falzov's absence after he did not appear. The latest development, reported by Donegal Live in February 2026, is that Falzov was ordered to pay a €150 fine within four months plus €138 in council legal costs, a total of €288.
