Dmitrij Ingelevic (34) of Kilminchy, Portlaoise, a scaffolder, was arrested at Top Square, Portlaoise, on 6 October 2024 after drinking too much at an 18th birthday party and telling gardaí to f**k off. The case, recorded as a public order offence, was heard at Portlaoise District Court, where Garda Sergeant Jason Hughes said he had 14 previous convictions.
