On 23 December 2021, Roman Holub, 30, parked a vehicle at a vacant derelict house at Doory, Clara, Offaly, with passengers Dezider Ziga, 38, and Frantisek Ziga, 18, who had been drinking and wanted to relieve themselves. Nothing was taken from the property on the farm. All three men pleaded guilty to trespassing at Tullamore District Court on 18 February 2022. Judge Catherine Staines imposed the Probation Act on all three defendants, who were assisted by an interpreter.
