    Dermott Quinn, a 23-year-old man, dropped his pants and shouted at persons present at Kerr's Bay, Rathmullan, Donegal, at 1.24am on August 3, 2021, during the annual regatta. He refused to get into the back of the patrol car when Gardaí attempted to arrest him. A fixed charge penalty notice was issued but went unpaid, and Quinn was subsequently charged with disorderly conduct. The case was heard at Letterkenny District Court, where Judge Deirdre Gearty fined him €200 with five months to pay.
