• Phelan sentenced to six years for Ballyfermot manslaughter Manslaughter · Co. Dublin

David Ennis, a man aged 36, was fatally stabbed at an apartment in Claddagh Court, Ballyfermot, Dublin, in the early hours of 8 November 2022. Ann Phelan, a woman aged 50, was arrested at the scene and released without charge the following day before being charged with murder in May 2023.
