    Darren McFeely, 29, a man from Letterkenny, Donegal, was fined €300 at Letterkenny District Court for possession of cocaine. Gardaí found €700 of cocaine and €100 of cannabis during a planned search of his home on 24 October 2020. He admitted the drugs were for his own use and not for sale or supply. Judge Alan Mitchell dismissed the cannabis charge and made a destruction order for the drugs. McFeely, an unemployed carpenter with no previous convictions, told the court he had been substance-free since the incident.
