    Darragh Kelly, a 23-year-old man, was caught by gardaí with two bags of cannabis worth an estimated €9,804 at James Larkin Road, Raheny, Dublin 17, on 7 April 2020. He had built up a €4,000 drug debt from using cannabis to manage injury pain and, under threats, agreed to move the drugs from one place to another. Kelly pleaded guilty to unlawful possession for sale or supply of cannabis at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court in July 2022. He was sentenced to 15 months in prison, fully suspended on condition he keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
