    Cormac Montgomery, 21, of Drummill Road, Silverbridge, is alleged to have driven dangerously through four townlands in north Louth and damaged two garda vehicles on 27 February 2021. He was also charged with driving with cocaine in his system at Roskeagh, Kilcurry on 9 May 2021. The case was adjourned to 13 October 2021 at Dundalk District Court while a file was compiled for the DPP. In late March 2022 the case was struck out at Dundalk District Court after the court presenter said he had no directions or instructions from the investigating garda.
