    A 26-year-old man, Constantin Balica, was prosecuted for careless driving over an incident on September 1 at around 4.12pm at Newhall, Naas, Co Kildare. It was claimed he rode a Honda motorcycle southbound, overtook an unmarked garda car, and undertook traffic while weaving in and out of it. He first appeared at Naas District Court, where Garda Bergin gave evidence. Judge Michele Finan adjourned the matter to 13 September, which is the latest development.
