On 9 December 2024 a 30-year-old man, Conor Dunne, of Cokery Lane, Edenderry, Offaly, was alleged to have had drugs for sale or supply to others at 8A Cokery Lane. At Tullamore District Court, reported on 29 May 2025, Sergeant Richard Thornton said gardaí were awaiting a certificate from Forensic Science Ireland, and Judge Andrew Cody adjourned the prosecution pending DPP directions. The judge warned the prosecution would be struck out unless directions were available, with the next order to be peremptory against the DPP. The latest development is that Dunne was remanded on continuing bail to 25 June 2025.

Conor Dunne (29), of Cokery Lane, Edenderry, is alleged to have committed drug offences at 8A Cokery Lane, Edenderry, on 22 November 2023. He is accused of possessing cannabis, THC and cocaine for sale or supply, with the suspected cannabis estimated at €34,000. At an earlier sitting Judge Cody declined jurisdiction and asked the DPP for directions, and on 15 January 2025 Dunne was served a book of evidence at Tullamore District Court and sent for trial at the next sitting of Tullamore Circuit Court. The latest development is the DPP's consent to his return to the Circuit Court, with Judge Cody returning him to the Tullamore Circuit Court sitting on 11 March.
