    Ciara Kelleher, 51, a woman from Dublin 7, was charged with conspiring with others to defraud investors, clients, and customers of Custom House Capital Ltd by intentionally misleading them as to where or how their assets had been placed. The offences are alleged to have occurred between October 2008 and July 2011, during the financial crash, when money was taken from around 80 customer accounts. She pleaded not guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court in January 2023, and after a four-week trial, the jury was discharged on 1 March 2023 after failing to agree on a verdict. The case was adjourned for a week, and the prosecution has not yet indicated whether a retrial will be sought.
