  Carina O'Sullivan, 52, of Cloncollig Estate, Tullamore, was arrested on 10 July 2021 after a violent altercation in which she allegedly pulled a man's hair and slapped him. She was charged with multiple offences including assaulting Daniel Hickey on two occasions, damaging his front window, assaulting Rebecca Power, threatening behaviour, and stealing a jar of coffee from Tesco. In July 2022 she pleaded guilty to a public order charge at Tullamore District Court and the case was adjourned for a Restorative Justice Report. At a February 2023 hearing before Judge Andrew Cody, all remaining charges were adjourned to 8 February 2023.

  On 6 October 2020, Carina O'Sullivan, 50, of Cloncollig, Tullamore, accosted two men, Adam and Don Murray, on Church Street, Tullamore, Offaly, kicking and punching one of them and leaving him with a lump on the back of his head and knee injuries. She also spat at the injured man, who described her as having come at him like a wild animal. At Tullamore District Court, Judge Catherine Staines sentenced O'Sullivan to a 10-month suspended sentence in Dochas women's prison, with conditions to stay away from the Murray family and abstain from all alcohol. O'Sullivan, who had 13 previous convictions, had previously assaulted the same man.
