Brian McGee, a 67-year-old man, is accused of harassing two people in County Donegal between May 1, 2023 and July 13, 2024. It is alleged that he threatened to petrol bomb a house, filmed the two people through a garden hedge, made anonymous reports to agencies and took a parcel from the front of a house. McGee was charged with two similar harassment offences and appeared before Judge Ciaran Liddy at Letterkenny District Court in March 2026, where he made no reply to the charges, gardaí did not object to bail, and bail was granted on conditions that he stay away from a specified address and from the complainants. The latest development is that the case was adjourned until April, when McGee will elect whether to plead guilty or seek a hearing date.
