    On 17 March 2024 at Main Street, Bundoran, Brian Lowe, a 51-year-old man, knowingly made a false report to gardaí that a crime had been committed. He was arrested by arrangement ahead of Ballyshannon District Court on Friday 1 November 2024 and admitted the offence contrary to Section 12(a) of the Criminal Law Act 1976.
