  On December 9, 2022, a 38-year-old man named Bernat Slawomir was charged with trespass and criminal damage at the home of his girlfriend, Agata Wagnerowska, at Ard Ban, Ballyboe, Glencar, Letterkenny, County Donegal. According to his solicitor, he found his cousin in what the solicitor described as a compromising position in the bedroom, shortly before his mother's funeral, for which the cousin had flown in from Poland.
