  • Assault and endangerment case adjourned to circuit court in Kilkee Assault causing harm; endangerment · Co. Clare

On 22 October 2023, it is alleged that Ava Moloney, 21, held Sophie Ryan's arm through the open window of a moving car and pulled her head in by her hair while Jeffrey Ryan, 24, drove along the Diamond Rocks Cafe car park in Kilkee, Co Clare.
