latest first- Cabin crew member given suspended sentence for filming men in Dublin Airport toilets Offensive conduct of a sexual nature (Section 45(3) Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2017) · Co. Dublin
Antonio Atoche, a 31-year-old Spanish cabin crew member, pleaded guilty at Dublin District Court to filming the genitalia of unidentified men using urinals in a male bathroom in Terminal 1 at Dublin Airport on 11 June 2025. Airport police approached him and he handed over his phone, from which Gardaí recovered five videos made on the same date. He had no prior convictions and told the court he had been suffering a mental health breakdown; he had returned to Spain after co-operating with the investigation. Judge Valerie Corcoran described the act as particularly depraved but imposed a one-month sentence suspended for 12 months on condition of good behaviour, rejecting a €1,000 compensation offer.
