    A man, Anthony Kealy, of 15 Seville Grove, Callan Road, Kilkenny, is accused of having drugs worth €5,500 at his home address at Seville Grove, Margaretsfield, Callan Road, Kilkenny, on August 22, 2024, for personal use and for sale and supply to others. Gardaí searched the property and seized the drugs and a phone. The charge is under sections 3 and 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act. At Kilkenny District Court, reported on February 25, 2026, Judge Geraldine Carthy adjourned the case for a probation report and set sentencing for April 20.
