The Criminal Assets Bureau alleged that Daniel Kinahan, a man aged 44, and Thomas Kavanagh, a man aged 53, gave Jim Mansfield Jnr, a man aged 54, two suitcases containing €4.5 million in cash on Good Friday 2009 to be invested in property for the Kinahan group.
