  Aleksandras Michalcenko, a 67-year-old man with an address in Ratoath, Co Meath, was arrested on the morning of 26 August 2025 and charged with impeding three authorised officers at Departure Road, Terminal 2, Dublin Airport, contrary to section 48 of the State Airports Act.
