Karen Millar, 36, pleaded guilty to two charges of endangerment at Wexford Circuit Criminal Court over attacks by her XL Bully. The dog injured Daniel Whelan on 23 November 2022 and seriously injured 10-year-old Alejandro Mizsan four days later, both at Forgelands, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford. The boy was airlifted to Crumlin children's hospital and underwent two surgeries. Judge Cormac Quinn granted a probation report and directed victim impact reports, adjourning sentencing to 28 November with the defendant remanded on continuing bail.
