  Gardaí in Dublin found Ahmed Chelghoun, a 34-year-old man from Algeria, with €300 that they believe is the proceeds of criminal conduct, and he was charged with possession of suspected cannabis under Section 3 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1997.
