  Anthony Quinn, 33, a man from Camira, Mountmellick, and Aaron Kilpatrick, 30, a man from Spa Street, Portarlington, are accused of possessing cocaine and cannabis for sale or supply. The alleged offences took place at an apartment above Rhythm n Booze on Spa Street, Portarlington, on October 10 and 14, 2022, and at Camira, Mountmellick, on October 14, 2022. Quinn also faces a charge of allowing a premises to be unlawfully used for the production or preparation of a controlled drug. Both men were served with a book of evidence at Portlaoise District Court and sent forward to the Portlaoise Circuit Court on January 16, 2024.
