  Aaron Kennedy, 26, of Killowen, Rhode, is charged with possessing cocaine and ketamine for sale or supply to others, an offence allegedly committed at Clonmore, Edenderry, County Offaly, on 23 August 2024. Detective Garda Joseph Bradley gave evidence of arresting, charging and cautioning him, and the suspected drugs were valued at about €4,000. He is also charged with simple possession of the same drugs. He appeared before Tullamore District Court, where the defence sought a Forensic Science Ireland certificate. Judge Andrew Cody remanded him on continuing bail to 9 April, when a guilty plea or a hearing date will be set.
