Woman dies after lorry collision on M7 in Kildare

A female pedestrian in her 40s was struck by an articulated lorry on the M7 southbound between J12 Newbridge and J13 Kildare shortly after 12:30pm on 22 September 2021. She was taken by ambulance to University Hospital Tallaght, where she later died. The scene was examined by Forensic Collision Investigators and the motorway has fully reopened to traffic.
