Two women killed in two-car collision on N72 near Mallow, Co Cork

Two women, aged in their 60s and 40s, were killed when their cars collided on the N72 Navigation Road in Mallow, Co Cork, around 3:45pm on Sunday 30 March 2025. A boy aged eight and a girl aged five, passengers in the car driven by the woman in her 40s, were taken to Cork University Hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
