Two men charged over shop robbery in Dundrum, Dublin

Two men entered a store on Sandyford Road in Dundrum, Dublin 14, and threatened staff before fleeing on foot with a sum of cash and a phone shortly after 2pm on 14 March 2023. Three men aged in their 20s were arrested in a follow-up search and arrest operation by the Dundrum Detective Unit and Divisional Drugs Unit at another location in the Dundrum area. The three men were detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda station in South Dublin. Two of the men were charged in relation to the robbery and were scheduled to appear before Dun Laoghaire District Court on 15 March 2023, while the third man was to be brought before the Criminal Courts of Justice on foot of a bench warrant.
