Two brothers sent to Naas Circuit Court over Kildare town assault

A man and a woman were allegedly kicked, punched and pushed to the ground after being approached by three males, including brothers Adrian Filimon, 29, and Marian Filimon, 30, while walking home at Lourdesville, Kildare town, on 27 February 2022. The woman sustained cuts and the man sustained punches and kicks to the body. The two men first appeared at Naas District Court on 14 July 2023, where they were sent forward to the next sittings of Naas Circuit Court for trial by jury with DPP consent.
