A girl gravely injured in the Parnell Square East knife attack on 23 November 2023 has stood up for the first time since the incident, her family said. Riad Bouchaker, 50, of no fixed address, has been charged with attempted murder of two girls and a boy, assault causing serious harm to a creche worker, and possession of a 36cm kitchen knife.
