Man who urinated on garda cell appears at Portlaoise court over suspended sentence

Noel Lawlor, 61, of Castlerea, Co Roscommon, appeared at Portlaoise District Court via video link regarding a one-month suspended sentence for threatening and abusive behaviour on Main Street, Portlaoise, on 17 April 2025.
