Man accused of indecent assault on girl refused bail at Naas court

A man faces three allegations of indecently assaulting a girl aged 8 to 10 at the time, a neighbour whose garden backs onto his. Detective Garda Christine Brady told Naas District Court that the assaults were alleged to have taken place between December 1982 and December 1984, and that it will be claimed the man came across the fence, spoke to the girl and touched her vagina.
