Louth man sentenced over fraudulent motor insurance policies

Andrew Lennon (46) was sentenced at Dundalk Circuit Court to 240 hours community service, in lieu of a two-year sentence, after pleading guilty to six charges of obtaining services by deception. He used fraudulent details to take out motor insurance policies that gave him cover for up to six weeks before they were cancelled.
