Limerick man sentenced to 12 years for sexual abuse of partner's daughter

A 59-year-old Limerick man was sentenced to 12 years' imprisonment after being found guilty on 31 counts of sexual assault, oral rape, attempted rape and attempted anal rape of his partner's daughter, aged 12 to 14, between 1994 and 1997. Mr Justice Paul McDermott also ordered six years of post-release supervision.
