High Court rules speedboat and jet ski linked to two men killed in gangland feud are crime proceeds
The High Court ruled that a speedboat and jet ski seized from a storage unit rented by Zachary Parker in Balbriggan were crime proceeds, linking them to Parker and Seán Little, both killed in separate shootings in 2019 and alleged to be members of the 'Gucci Gang' organised crime group. Mr Justice Alexander Owens granted the Criminal Assets Bureau permission to sell the assets, valued at more than €11,000.
