Four men charged over break-in at Cork transport company
Four men, aged 27 to 49, were arrested in a white BMW on the M8 at Dunkettle, Co Cork, the day before they appeared before a special sitting of Cork District Court, charged in connection with a break-in at O'Connell Transport, Tivoli Docks, Cork. Three of the men were charged with trespass with intent to commit an offence at the premises, and the four men also faced a charge of possessing articles intended for use in a burglary, which Brendan Traynor, the driver of the white BMW, was charged with. The State objected to bail in all four cases, and Judge Mary Dorgan remanded three men in custody with consent to bail on strict conditions. Aiden Hulme was refused bail and remanded in custody to appear again on 1 April, while three of the men are due back in court on 31 March.
