Fiosrú head says inquiry into ex-garda Paul Moody's abuse was mishandled

Emily Logan, head of Fiosrú, said the body's handling of the first complaint against ex-garda Paul Moody was "wholly unacceptable" and that new steps are being taken to better manage gender-based violence complaints. Moody was jailed for four years and nine months for abuse of his first victim and had already served a three-year sentence for abusing his second victim, Nicola Hanney.
