EasyGroup brings High Court trademark dispute over 'easyfundraising' name

EasyGroup Ltd and easyGroup IP, part of the Stelios Haji-Ioannou-founded 'easy family', brought a Commercial Court case against Easyfundraising Ltd and The Support Group (UK) Ltd over the use of the 'easyfundraising' name and easyfundraising.org.uk domain, claiming infringement of the easyFundraising.ie EU trade mark.
