Donegal man fined €872 for four unpaid parking fines at Letterkenny District Court

Tom Dignam, 72, of Ballybofey, Donegal, was fined €80 for each of four unpaid parking fines issued between January and May 2022, plus €552 in costs, at Letterkenny District Court on 7 December 2022. He told Judge Éiteáin Cunningham that she was 'in dishonour' by hearing the case.
