Daniel Nevin, 39, a medical doctor from Mullingar, Co Westmeath, pleaded guilty at Mullingar Circuit Criminal Court to ten counts of theft, forgery and using false instruments for stealing and forging prescriptions from hospitals and using them in pharmacies across the midlands between 2021 and 2024. His 34-year-old partner Rebecca Moylan also pleaded guilty to stealing prescriptions from St James's Hospital Dublin and using false prescriptions in three pharmacies.
