Court of Appeal rejects appeal by Guyanese sex offender Randi Gladstone

The Court of Appeal rejected the appeal of Randi Gladstone, 42, a Guyanese man convicted in January 2025 of rape, sexual assault and false imprisonment of an 18-year-old woman in a holiday complex in Co Dublin on 25 August 2023. Judge Brian O'Moore found no unfairness in the trial judge's handling of the jury's question about false imprisonment and dismissed the appeal.
