Children's honesty box and eggs stolen in Laois
Liam and Sophie Ellis, aged 11 and 10, had their charity honesty box broken into and all their eggs stolen in the Durrow/Cullohill area of Laois, the fourth such theft since October 2022. The theft forced the siblings to close their honesty box, which had raised almost €3,000 for the Laura Lynn children's charity over two years.
