Businesswoman secures High Court order requiring couple to vacate Cavan property

Sylvia Fox, a businesswoman from Bennettsbridge, Co Kilkenny, secured High Court orders on 7 February 2025 requiring Martin Reilly and Donna Heslin to vacate a property at Lock Eala, Loch Gowna, Co Cavan, which she purchased from a receiver in March 2024. Mr Justice Oisín Quinn found she had established a 'very strong case' as the lawful owner and granted a two-month pause on the vacation order.
