17-year-old boy charged with arson in Dublin drug intimidation campaign

The victim is a woman, and the boy, who has had drug problems since the age of 13, is alleged to have acted as part of a wider criminal organisation. The boy was remanded in continuing custody pending a book of evidence, with a further appearance scheduled for August.
